Our location is 20 minutes from the Puerto Plata airport, (airport transfers are included in stays of 4 nights or more), and 30 minutes from Sosua.
The Playa Dorada golf course is 8 minutes away (we have lower golf package rates which are available for your use) and the Playa Grande course (the Pebble Beach of the Caribbean) is a 90 minute drive.
A lot of living in the Dominican Republic takes place outdoors, and you'll find that "Harbor View Condos" are designed to enjoy your surroundings to the fullest. Extras include a pool, bar-restaurant, laundry facilities, an outdoor gas grill and landscaped green areas to sit in.

A brief history of the Harbor View Condos.
The condos were built in 2002-3 buy a government official in the elected party in power. When they lost the election in 2004 this official lost his position and could not complete the construction.
Anoeca C por A (President & CEO Alberto Noesi) was able to purchase the unfinished units at a bargin price. Alberto finished the construction and was able to rent the entire 8 apartments to Ocean World.
When Ocean World finished building their employee apartment units they moved out. I was approached by Alberto to manage the condo project.
I convinced Alberto that we needed a pool in order to attact foreign buyers. He ordered construction on the pool in August 2007 and we now have 6 of the 8 units sold.

When I retired from Dofasco a steel mill in Hamilton Canada in 1992, I moved to Puerto Plata, bought a home and married a dominican woman.
I was semi retired and worked the phones in an off shore sports book for 5 years until they moved their operation to Costa Rica.
After 8 years in retirement I was invited to open a hotel in the Puerto Plata area. I opened the "Sand Trap Inn" for Alberto and managed it for 9 months until he sold it and it has been renamed "Blackbeards Adult Resort.
I then raised some investment money from friends and along with my pension money I was able to built and open the "Field of Dreams Inn". I managed it until May 2007 when it was sold to Cristals night club.
So now I bought a 2 bedroom unit and I am the on site manager of the Harbor View Condos. Thus continuing my new career in the hospitality industry.
